Terms and Conditions

Strathbreede House and Strathbreede Cottage must be booked together to 1 large group of family or friends only.

Check-In Times

  • Arrival Time - 14:00 pm
  • Departure - 11:00 am

NB: Please contact us to make alternative arrangements if you need to check-in outside the prescribed arrival time. Please note that a penalty charge of R1500.00 is applicable for late check-outs.

Making a Booking

  • Online bookings can be made directly through our Nighstbridge profile. Please follow the applicable buttons to be redirected to the booking site.
  • A 50% deposit is required to confirm your booking and must be paid within 48 hours.
  • If we do not receive your deposit payment within the requested 48 hours, we take it as a cancellation and will make the dates available to other interested parties.
  • The outstanding payment must be paid 30 business days prior to your arrival.

Cancellation Policy

50% deposit payments are non refundable.  A no-show will be viewed as last-minute cancellation and you will remain liable for the payment of the full invoiced amount. The deposit amount is non-refundable. No verbal or telephonic cancellations will be accepted. Please email your cancellation to info©strathbreedehouse.co.za. No refunds will be made if you decide to depart earlier than your booked departure date. No refunds will be made if the group size reduces. You are still liable for the full invoiced amount.

Cancelations 30 work days prior to arrival will forfeit 100% of the total booking total.
